Feb 20 — Report Card #2 goes home (1st written report)

Feb 21 — Pro-D (don’t send you child to school please!)

Feb 24 — Shuswap Youth Soccer at S. Canoe to put on sessions for all students

Fev 25 — Mrs. Willmot and Mme Styles’ classes at Larch Hills

Feb 27 — Launa and Kaeli (our awesome Indigenous Ed Workers) are putting on a hot lunch for students. Order forms to go home this week.

Feb 28 — Cultural Performance at Hillcrest Elem. Students bused at 8:10. Starts at 8:35

Mar 3 — Maker Day at Eagle River Secondary

Mar 4 — District Art Fair @ Piccadilly Mall

Mar 6 — Hometown Hockey assembly at SMS at 12:20; students being bused to and from

Mar 11 — Ready, Set, Learn at South Canoe; 1-2 pm in gym

Mar 16-27 — Spring Break and school closure

Our aim is to develop a school that engages students with local ecosystems. The focus of learning is on inquiry, experience and reflection while teaching the full BC curriculum through nature’s lens. Our Mission is to implement a program that inspires a cultural shift that embraces, protects and connects meaningfully with the natural world.
